At Bramble, we stand behind every order and want you (and your pet) to love your purchase.

We offer a 30-day return and resolution window from the date your order is delivered.

 


ORDER ISSUES & SUPPORT

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as expected, please get in touch with us within 30 days at support@bramblepetco.store with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will make it right by offering:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost
  • A partial refund, depending on the situation
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Bramble will cover all costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

 


RETURNS

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at support@bramblepetco.store for approval and return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items (such as incorrect size or change of mind).

 

  • If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Bramble will cover the cost of a replacement or issue a refund.

 

  • Approved returns must be sent back according to the instructions provided. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

 


NON-ELIGIBLE SITUATIONS

 

We may not be able to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Incorrect size selection (please review size guides before ordering)
  • Requests made after the 30-day window

 


EXCHANGES

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order to receive it as quickly as possible.

 


REFUND PROCESSING

 

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 


EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS

 

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
